We’re looking for a Program Supervisor to oversee winter programming, including adaptive lessons, camps, special events, and military sports programs.
This role coordinates lesson assignments, supports and trains instructors and volunteers, and helps ensure a safe, effective, and fun experience for athletes with disabilities. The ideal candidate is a friendly, professional communicator with strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced nonprofit environment while supporting athletes, volunteers, and staff.
We’re looking for full and part-time Adaptive Ski/Snowboard Instructors for the 2026/27 winter season.
This hands-on role teaches adaptive lessons across multiple disciplines, supports volunteer instructor training, and helps create safe, fun, and rewarding experiences for athletes with disabilities. Ideal candidates have ski and/or snowboard teaching experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for adaptive sports and inclusive recreation. PSIA/AASI certification is preferred, but motivated applicants without certification are encouraged to apply.
We’re looking for Adaptive Snowsports Instructor Interns who are passionate about skiing or snowboarding, outdoor recreation, and creating inclusive experiences for individuals with disabilities.
This immersive winter internship combines hands-on adaptive instruction, professional training, and nonprofit operations experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop teaching skills while working alongside experienced instructors and volunteers. Ideal candidates are motivated learners, strong team players, and eager to grow their skills both on and off the mountain while helping athletes achieve their recreation goals.
Eligibility: This internship is intended for students currently enrolled in a college or university program that requires a related internship for academic credit or degree completion.
