Guest Services Coordinator

Austin Baker is the Guest Services Coordinator at Access Mammoth bringing years of mountain experience and a deep love for action sports to the role. Originally from San Diego, Austin grew up downhill skateboarding and began skating at just eight years old, eventually riding pro-am with Gravity Skateboards throughout his teenage years. 

Drawn to the mountains by a lifelong dream of snowboarding, Austin moved to Mammoth Lakes in 2017 at the age of 20 to fully immerse himself in mountain life. He spent several years working at Mammoth Mountain, where he developed extensive knowledge of resort operations, guest services, and the local community.

In 2022, Austin joined the Mammoth Lakes Fire Department, proudly serving the community as a Firefighter/EMT. Today, he brings his passion for service, strong work ethic, and firsthand mountain expertise to Access Mammoth, enhancing the experience for every guest he supports.
