Chelsea joined Access Mammoth in 2019, drawn in by the energy, joy, and clear impact the organization was making both locally and beyond. From the start, it was obvious—this was a team making a difference and having a great time doing it.

As Finance & Admin Manager, Chelsea plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. What motivates her most is the lasting, positive impact Access Mammoth has on its participants. She’s passionate about helping the organization continue to grow and evolve, creating meaningful change for both staff and volunteers along the way.

Outside the office, Chelsea is most at home in the outdoors. She enjoys hiking, backpacking, paddling, and traveling to new places whenever she gets the chance.

Her favorite Access Mammoth tradition? Springtacular. With music, laughter, and lunchtime conga lines, it captures the spirit of fun and connection that defines the organization.
