Program & Outreach Coordinator

Charlotte Smith joined Access Mammoth as a teen volunteer and later became part of the program staff as an instructor during the 2024-2025 ski season. She now serves as the Program & Outreach Coordinator, where she is passionate about expanding access to adaptive recreation and connecting the Access Mammoth to the mountains. 

On an ideal summer weekend, you’ll find Charlotte exploring the Sierra with a camera in hand or at home baking fresh bread. In the winter, there’s no doubt she is out on Mammoth Mountain, skiing with a big smile on my face and yelling, Woo!
