Facilities Manager

Anouk Erni came on board as facilities manager to Access Mammoth in November 2025. A long term local of the Eastern Sierra, Anouk is excited to be part of a non profit organization that benefits her local community and participants’ access to the outdoors.

Anouk’s background in outdoor sports is extensive, having grown up in the mountains in Switzerland and then pursuing a career in mountain guiding as an adult. Anouk is the 21st female American IFMGA Mountain Guide, and explores the backcountry with guests in both winter and summer through activities such as ski touring, teaching avalanche courses, rock climbing, and alpinism. Her work as a mountain guide only reaches a limited demographic of outdoor enthusiasts, and it’s Anouk’s goal through joining Access Mammoth to help create more outdoor opportunities for people of all abilities and backgrounds.
