Riley Wilson
Development & Communications Manager
Riley Wilson joined Access Mammoth in the fall of 2023, driven by a deep belief in mission-based work and the desire to see a real, daily impact from her efforts. What started as a professional move quickly turned personal—the moment she became part of the DSES community, she was hooked. The energy of the participants, the dedication of the volunteers, and the generosity of the donors all make Access Mammoth feel like one big family.
As Development & Communication Manager, Riley is driven by Access Mammoth's mission to create inclusive opportunities for outdoor recreation. She is passionate about sharing the beauty of the Eastern Sierra and is inspired by the joy that comes from creating lasting memories in the mountains together. Through her work, Riley strives to elevate the story of Access Mammoth—securing the program's sustainability through strong funding, broad community support, and meaningful engagement.
New to mountain living, Riley has fully embraced the lifestyle and spends much of her free time exploring trails and soaking in the natural surroundings.
Her favorite event of the year is the annual Extravaganza. As someone who works behind the scenes in development, she finds it especially rewarding to see the community come together to celebrate and support the mission through laughter, connection, and shared purpose.
Riley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Kinesiology & Health Sciences from the College of William & Mary. When not working or out on the trail, she can often be found with a good book—or out adventuring with her dog, Juju.
